Booster Station

This project was developed as part of Næstved’s centralized heating system expansion strategy. The building’s form has been derived from careful analysis of its surroundings. The glass façade prominently displays the inner workings of the heating transfer and booster station.

This centralized heating system reduces carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere and thereby cuts down on harmful greenhouse gases. The station’s citing within a traffic interchange and its transparency make it a visible marker for this green technology.
